Your rights and additional information regarding data usage
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that I do not transmit such data outside the European Union. I do not share any personal data with third parties without the explicit consent of the data subject. Personal data may be shared without the data subject’s consent only with public entities—specifically, government and administrative authorities (e.g., tax authorities, law enforcement agencies, and other bodies authorized under generally applicable laws). As the Personal Data Controller, I entrust the processing of personal data to:
• the entity providing hosting services for the website;
• the entity providing accounting services to the Personal Data Controller.
The Controller processes personal data for no longer than is necessary to perform the activities associated with them as specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). Regarding marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
You have the right to request the following from the Controller:
• access to personal data;
• information regarding what data is being processed and for what purpose;
• rectification, updating, or correction of data if the personal data is outdated or was entered incorrectly due to an error;
• erasure of data (the right to be forgotten)—the right to have personal data deleted by the Controller and by entities to whom the data has been disclosed;
• restriction of personal data processing—whereby the personal data is merely stored by the Controller pending the resolution of the matter;
• data portability—the right to obtain the data in a format that allows it to be read on a computer and the right to transmit such data in that format to another controller.
This right applies only if the processing was based on consent (e.g., for a newsletter subscription) or if the data was processed by automated means;
to object to the processing of personal data, as referred to in Article 21 of the GDPR—specifically regarding processing based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. The right to object cannot be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Controller’s actions with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. Automated decision-making processes, including profiling, may be applied to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the Controller’s direct marketing activities.
