About me

I understand a world where effectiveness
and responsibility come at a cost.

Why did I create SpringLAB?

For over 20 years, I worked in the same kind of environment many of my clients come from today.

I know first-hand the reality of high responsibility, pressure, constant change and difficult decisions. I also know how easily effectiveness can become dependent on constant mobilisation and the price this way of functioning can eventually exact.

I worked in international organisations as a specialist, expert and manager, leading teams, projects and change across Poland and Central and Eastern European markets.

Over time, I decided to combine my business experience with psychology and psychotherapy.

I am a psychologist currently completing certified training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I continue to develop my practice through clinical and therapeutic work and regular supervision.

I bring together two worlds

Evidence-based psychology and real-world business experience.

This allows me to see people not in isolation from their everyday lives, but in the context of their work, responsibilities, relationships and the challenges they face each day.

I don’t help people endure more.
I help them build psychological resilience.

Psychological resilience is not something you either have or do not have. It is a set of skills that can be developed. These skills help us regain balance after difficulties, respond flexibly to change and maintain a sense of agency even when life does not go according to plan.

SpringLAB grew out of this philosophy.

Who am I? Psychologist, mentor, and coach Renata Brzezińska.
